In this massage, I use warm Ayurvedic herbal oil, chosen based on your specific dosha imbalance. We'll determine this together through a brief preliminary consultation. This massage also works on the marma points of the body, is very dynamic, and can be given with medium to intense depth.

Energetic massage

Tijdens een energetische massage werk ik zowel op de fysieke spanning als ook op het energetisch niveau van het lichaam. Dit kan zijn door gebruik van handoplegging, massagetechnieken, edelstenen en smudges om het lichaam dieper vanbinnen te reinigen. Er wordt ook met helende frequenties van muziek gewerkt om jouw proces te ondersteunen. Samen zoeken we vooraf uit wat precies jouw lasten zijn op dat moment en waar je graag aan wilt werken.
