Sound healing and sound baths
The power of sounds and their vibrations is something that penetrates the deepest layers of our 'being'.
At HEdenskracht you can enjoy a one-on-one sound healing session, where I personally select instruments whose vibrations promote your healing.
You can also join me for a group session (sound bath), where I use a variety of instruments and guide you on a "musical journey" to the innermost depths of your being. This allows you to experience self-healing under the power of these vibrations.
All this always under professional guidance and with the necessary care if necessary.

Sound healing 1 on 1
During this treatment I will guide you on a journey deep within yourself.
The vibrations bring you into a state in which you can do 'self-healing'.
By using tools tailored to your needs, you will get the most out of every session.
This can be a state of pure relaxation, doing energetic work or enjoying and dreaming away.

Do you have a small group (2-5 people) who would like to experience a deep sound bath and embark on a journey of sounds, vibrations, and energetic work? Then you are welcome in my yoga studio in Holsbeek, or I can come to your home if you have sufficient space.

I offer the option of organizing a sound bath for larger groups. I only offer this at my location, provided there is enough space for the number of participants.
